Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally (Instant Digital Delivery / Digital License Delivery), refund requests are handled as follows.

Replacement Support

If a license key does not activate, contact us for Activation Support. If the issue cannot be resolved, we provide Replacement Support with a working key.

Refunds

Refund requests for unused, non-activated keys may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Activated keys are generally not eligible for refund.
