Activation Guide

Follow these general steps to activate your digital license. If you need help, contact support with your order number.

Windows Activation

  1. Go to Settings → System → Activation
  2. Click Change product key
  3. Enter the license key from your email
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation

If activation does not complete, use the Activate by Phone option in the Activation window.

Office Activation

  1. Install Microsoft Office from the official Microsoft website
  2. Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.)
  3. When prompted, select Enter a product key instead
  4. Enter your license key from your email
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation

Antivirus (Norton) Activation

  1. Download Norton from the official Norton website
  2. Install the software and open it
  3. Select Enter Product Key or use the activation option
  4. Enter your license key from your email
  5. Create or sign in to your Norton account to complete setup

VPN (NordVPN) Setup

  1. Download NordVPN from the official NordVPN website
  2. Create a NordVPN account if you do not have one
  3. Go to My Account and find the option to redeem a subscription code
  4. Enter your license key from your email

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure you are connected to the internet during activation
  • Check that you are entering the key exactly as shown, without extra spaces
  • Try the telephone/online activation option if standard activation fails
  • Contact support if you continue to have difficulty
